Outline
The machine is composed of four parts: transmission mechanism, horizontal cylinder body and flying knife of plow knife, and the material moves along the wall of cylinder under the action of plough knife, and when the material flows through the flying knife, it is sprinkled by the high speed rotating flying knife, so that the material can be mixed evenly in arelatively short time. It can meet most of the solid-liquid mixing, wet granulation, drying and other composite processes, especially suitable for viscous or colloidal additive mixing.

Structural features
The ploughing tool in the cylinder can drive the material to flow around the circular body in addition to the axial dispersion at high speed, and the flying knife in the middle serves as an auxiliary mixing and dispersing and depolymerization of the caking material.
2.Shape and speed of flying knife
The flying knife set of the multi-layer blade is directly connected to the motor, and the standard speed is generally 1440r/ min. According to the difference of material characteristics, the flying knife has a variety of shapes and rotational speed choices.
3.atomization burner
The atomizing nozzle can be added to the flying knife to realize the liquid mixing. Because of the small aggregation density of the material in this position, the atomized liquid material is easier to be mixed with the powder intercalation.
4.Negative pressure feed
Cylinder side-opened square door can be used for observation and cleaning, standard type with gasket, lock fastening, can be fitted with stroke switch.
5.Discharge mode
This type of mixer can also be made into a continuous mixer. By adjusting the opening size of the outlet valve, the retention time of the material in the cylinder can be controlled to achieve the purpose of controlling the mixing uniformity.
