Operating principle
This equipment consists of up cylinder(The net gas chamber), middle cylinder(mixing chamber) and the under vertebral body. The air with dust get into cylinder from air inlet, due to the sudden expansion of the volume and flow rate of air flow suddenly reduced, the bigger particles fall into the under vertebral body from the air flow with dust under the gravity force, the smaller particles adsorbedin the outer wall of the bag due to the effects of sieving, collision, diffusion,electrostatic of the bag, the air dusted through bag venturi tube to outside from the outlet of the up cylinder. when the particles of the outer wall of dust increase, so dust resistance increasing, to reduce the resistance, signaled by the Pulse controller to open the electromagnetic pulse valve, compressed air within the package by the respective injection holes injected into the injection tube on the corresponding venturi (primary air), and when the high speed air flow through the venturi tube, lead multiple primary air ambient air(Second air) to the bag, lead to the bag expand rapidly of the moment, as the shock effect of the reverse pulse air quickly disappeared, sharp contraction of the bag, in this case, most of the dust on the bag be clean, fall in to the under vertebral body and discharged.

1.Mixing Effect The gap between paddle blade and cylinder wall directly affects the mix result and the material residue within the mixer after discharging materials; the gap of our products is in range of 3 to 5mm.1.The device has a small size, light weight, stable operation, good sealing, easy maintenance and cleaning, etc., it is preferred deviceof controlled and automated production line delivery of materials. 1.Many kinds of this equipment, there are intake pipes from under cylinder and middle cylinder: The support of bag has single-stage and multi-stage, materials of dust has stainless steel and carbon steel, bag has common and special(waterproof, anti-oil, anti-high temperature) materials to adapt to the requirements of different clients.
2.Bag using a special form of connection structure, and thus good sealing performance, cleaning, easy to replace.
