Outline



Horizontal spiral belt mixing machine comprises of U-shape container,awe,transmission parts and spiral belt agitating blades which u sually have double or triple layers with outside screw gathering the material from sides to center and inside screw transmitting the material from center to sides to form convection mix. Spiral belt mixing machine has a good result in the mix of viscosity or cohesion powder and of putting liquid and mash material into the powder. The cylinder cover can be fully open so as to clean and change the device.

The screw belt spindle is connected with the drive shaft flange in the cylinder and can be removed quickly when the type of mixing shaft needs to be repaired or replaced. Flexible disassembly and assembly design makes U-shapedcylinder and two-end plate completely welded to avoid material gap caused by large flange connection of cylinder and reduce residue.
2.Disconnected snail belt
The shearing motion of the disconnected belt is larger than that of the continuous strip, and it can make the material form more eddy current in the flow, accelerate the mixing speed and increase the mixing uniformity.
3.Discharge form
The discharge form is generally pneumatic (manual) plate valve, circular arc valve is tightly embedded in the cylinder, level with the inner wall of the cylinder, no material accumulation and mixing dead angle phenomenon, reliable side strip seal, ensure that there is no leakage in the frequent switch.
4.temperature control
The material can be cooled or heated by injecting cold and hot media into the jacket. The cooling can be pumped into industrial water and heated into steam or electric heating conductive oil.
5.Spindle seal
When the superfine powder is mixed, the main shaft seal can increase the airtight setting and effectively block the flow of air powder inside and outside the cylinder.
