Operating principle
This machine is consists of geared Motor, spindle, valve body, impeller, bearings and door cover. Gear motor drive shaft and impeller rotation, materials gets into impeller groove, rotating impeller sent materials to the discharge value. The performance of the device in addition to the traditional discharge valve, the more important feature is easy to disassemble the impeller, only open the door cover, can be freely removed the wheelfrom spindle, easy to clean, it is the best equipment in small quantity and variety of materials industry.

1.Mixing Effect The gap between paddle blade and cylinder wall directly affects the mix result and the material residue within the mixer after discharging materials; the gap of our products is in range of 3 to 5mm.1.The device has a small size, light weight, stable operation, good sealing, easy maintenance and cleaning, etc., it is preferred deviceof controlled and automated production line delivery of materials.
